Preamble

THE ACE (hereinafter referred to as "the Club") is a private, members-only social organisation established in the city of Pune, Maharashtra, India, in the year 2026.

The Club brings together a carefully selected circle of individuals between the ages of twenty and forty-five — persons who share a common sensibility of ambition, refinement, and a genuine desire for meaningful human connection in an era that has increasingly favoured the superficial over the substantial.

It must be stated with absolute clarity that THE ACE is none of the following: a business networking forum, a co-working collective, a family-oriented club, a matchmaking service, or a platform for commercial self-promotion of any kind.

THE ACE is, above all, a deliberate and intentional space for the cultivation of genuine friendships, personal growth, social well-being, and shared experiences of an extraordinary nature.

Article I — Mission

To establish and sustain Pune's most intentional social circle — a space in which ambitious individuals may form genuine friendships, liberate themselves from the monotony of routine, and invest meaningfully in their social and personal well-being through a calendar of thoughtfully curated experiences.

Article II — The Six Experiences

The Club shall produce a minimum of six (6) curated experiences per membership year. These are not events. They are productions — designed, choreographed, and executed with the standards of a luxury house. Categories may include:

• Music nights and sonic experiences
• Wine evenings and rare-vintage dinners
• Spirits lounges featuring single-malts and aged liquors
• Black-tie galas and ballroom evenings
• Members-only retreats and sanctums
• Cultural showcases and private performances

Article III — Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals who meet the following criteria, evaluated holistically by the Membership Committee:

• Age between 18 and 45 years
• Demonstrated personal accomplishment, character, and refinement
• A genuine alignment with the Club's purpose and values
• An invitation or referral from an existing member (for new applicants)

Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and renewable annually at the Club's discretion.

Article IV — Code of Conduct

Members are expected to engage with one another as complete human beings, not as professional contacts. There is no expectation of business referrals, deal flow, or commercial reciprocity. Discretion, courtesy, and grace are not policies — they are presumed.

Article V — Membership Cap

The Club shall maintain a maximum of two hundred (200) active members at any given time. This cap is a deliberate measure to preserve the intimacy, quality, and curated nature of the community.

Article VI — Attendance

Members are expected to attend a minimum of three (3) of the six (6) annual experiences. Sustained disengagement may be considered at the time of renewal.

Article VII — Founder Authority

THE ACE is, and shall remain, a Founder-led organisation. The Core Founders hold supreme and irrevocable authority over all matters of constitutional interpretation, strategic direction, financial governance, membership policy, and organisational identity.
